Policy on transportation
|I. Delivery scope|
|We deliver only in the districts of Hanoi.|
Because vegetables are fresh requiring cool storage, we do not deliver outside that scope.
|That rule is applicable to the below districts:|
|Hai Ba Trung|
|Bac Tu Liem|
|Nam Tu Liem|
|If receiving right at SANSHIN VIETNAM JSC |
If receiving right at No 111 Mai Hac De, the delivery time will be 9h30 – 16h30, Mondays.
|II. Transportation cost|
|Delivery cost: from VND 25,000, which may change from case to case.|
|Cost will be accrued in the same order and sent to the client upon delivery|
|III. Delivery time|
|Daily delivery (mostly during working time or special time as requested by the client)|
|Farm to Kitchen will try to deliver as scheduled by the client.|
Our deliverers will contact in advance to update the delivery time to the client.
However, during the transportation, some incidental problems may happen, therefore, the delivery time may change to the severity of the problem.
|IV. Other rules|
|Farm to Kitchen uses motorbikes and icy spongy boxes to deliver via staff of Sanshin Vietnam JSC|
In case of delivery as scheduled by clients which products should not be combined with others, we will hire the delivery companies.
|Because the combination is to save time and for many orders, there will be high risk of product loss if the deliverer parks the motorbike to bring products to the place of the clients.|
If you live in high building, please go down to the first floor to receive products or please permit us to deposit products at the security booth to avoid additional cost of transportation.
